Seguin, TX Dentist - Dr. Sam Henry - Tier One Dental

Samuel S. Henry, DDS is the president and owner of Tier One Dental. He is a 1972 graduate of Seguin High School, a 1976 graduate of Texas Lutheran University, and a 1980 graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School.  

Sam began his dental practice in Seguin, Texas in 1980 and thanks to his many loyal patients and top notch dental team has enjoyed steady growth from the beginning.

With growth came the need for more space and new technology, so a new office equipped with state of the art equipment was built and operations as Tier One Dental began in June of 2009.

Dr. Henry is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, River District Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also a member of the Seguin & Guadalupe County Chamber of Commerce and the Seguin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Sam is a past president of the River District Dental Society and served as its editor for many years.

 In January 2008 Sam had the honor of being selected a "Top Dentist" for the Austin area  by Austin Monthly magazine.

Dr. Henry also had an article on computer technology in the dental office published by "Dentistry Today", a leading nationwide dental news magazine.

Dr. Henry is very interested in new technologies such as digital photography, digital radiography, and computer technology. He especially enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry such as ceramic crowns, veneers, bleaching, bridges, composite bonding, and implant restorations.

Sam and his wife Beth have been married since 1976 and have two grown children, Chris and Gail, and Buster the dachshund - his lazy watchdog. In his free time, Sam enjoys saltwater fishing, hunting, photography, cooking, and gardening.
